5. The bearing lubrication
The working roll coolant fluid can be used to lubricate the type of cylinder roller bearings. This kind of fluid viscosity is normally being 8~12m2/S at the 40 C. You can also use the oil-water emulsion,but have to ensure enough supplies for bearings lubrication. To the type of backing bearings without rib and located by the end-face,you must make sure there is enough lubricating oil between the contact surface.
